Relationship Therapy
Relationships are critically important to your happiness. This spans not only the relationships between life partners and lovers but also between family members, friends, parents and children. I also counsel many individuals seeking an outside perspective to help improve the quality of their relationships.
Relationship Therapy helps deepen and maintain positive relationships (and occasionally identify what makes a relationship less rewarding than it could be). Relationship Therapy is never more critical than when a relationship ends. Because each relationship is unique, I offer various options from various specialised modalities.
Relationship Masters
A series of individual or group workshops designed to help couples take their relationships from good to great. Relationship Masters is like a comprehensive health check and a gym for your relationship.
Workshops focus on different aspects of your relationship and employ enjoyable, thoroughly proven strategies expertly designed to keep your relationship reciprocal, healthy and resilient.Relationship Masters draws upon the latest advances and research in evidence-based Relationship Science.
Relationship Coaching
This is perfect for couples who have a good relationship but may have hit what I call a relationship “speed bump.” During Relationship Coaching, couples work together and individually with me to understand how each function within the relationship. This increases self-awareness and reveals the sources of various behaviours and actions.
Couples gain insight into how each works within their relationship while working on their relationship together.
Relationship Counselling
This is where couples explore issues within their relationships. Relationship Counselling (also called couples’ therapy or couples’ counselling) focuses on factors that have led to relationship challenges. Counselling provides the tools to help make thoughtful, carefully considered decisions. Relationship counselling also offers couples time and space to reflect on their patterns of behaviour and help them understand why they feel and respond the way they do. Relationship Counselling helps couples address issues in their relationships together.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, relationships end. Counselling can be vital in helping couples end their relationships with love and compassion and move forward into their separate individual futures with grace and kindness.
Counselling

Counselling is not “advice” but a way to meet your challenges in a safe, judgement-free, private, and confidential environment. It enhances self-awareness and helps you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour.
